Cookie Policy
Effective date: August 2, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or values stored by a browser. Similar technology includes local storage and session storage. This policy covers technology used on Financial Portfolio Manager’s public site and authenticated application.
2. Essential technology we use
- Authentication and session cookies that keep a verified user signed in and refresh the session securely.
- Security and request-state values used for authentication callbacks, fraud prevention, and service integrity.
3. Analytics and advertising
The public site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregated page views without analytics cookies or persistent identifiers. Query strings and URL fragments are removed before page URLs are sent, and no custom events are collected at launch. SWB Technologies does not use advertising cookies, target advertising, or sell or share cookie-derived personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Any future analytics expansion requires a privacy review and any consent or opt-out controls required by law.
4. Third-party surfaces
Stripe Checkout and Customer Portal, Supabase authentication, and other hosted provider surfaces may use their own essential, security, or operational cookies under their privacy policies. SWB Technologies does not control cookies placed on a provider’s separate domain.
5. Your controls
Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, account security, billing handoff, or other service functions. Because SWB Technologies does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not change advertising behavior. We will honor legally required signals if practices change.
